- 8 romaine lettuce leaves large AMIGO

- 2 leaves or Chinese cabbage bok choy
- 2 carrots

- 4 radishes
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 Apple
- 1/2 cucumber

- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 handful of alfalfa sprouts or broccoli
- 50 g of shelled walnuts and lightly chopped
- Thoroughly wash all vegetables and fruits. Remove the hard part of lettuce, and it makes it more difficult to wind. Cut into strips or foils other fruits, leaves and vegetables.
