Wrap lettuce multicolor


  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves large AMIGO
  • 8 spinach leaves
  • 2 red cabbage leaves AMIGO
  • 2 leaves or Chinese cabbage bok choy
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 4 radishes
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 purple Onion
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 handful of alfalfa sprouts or broccoli
  • 50 g of shelled walnuts and lightly chopped


  1. Thoroughly wash all vegetables and fruits. Remove the hard part of lettuce, and it makes it more difficult to wind. Cut into strips or foils other fruits, leaves and vegetables.
